1. Using nzgreenpages.org®

To help us provide this directory service for both users, advertisers, and our other customers, we may collect and store information about the way the directory is being used (such as how many users are accessing it and which browsers are being used) and the products/services and brands/agencies advertised via the directory.

NZ Water & Wastes Association Inc (NZWWA) publish the nzgreenpages.org®. NZWWA have copyright in the nzgreenpages.org® directory, and whilst we and other people have copyright in the listings published. We allow you to use the directory on the terms contained within this notice:

• No material from this directory may be searched, printed, downloaded, copied, republished or distributed in any way without the prior written permission of NZ Water & Wastes Association Inc and or the respective site holder from whom the original information was sought.
• You may download or print any individual page containing the results of a manual search so long as this is for private use only.
• We encourage you to search and view the listings as often as you wish.

2. Breach of terms and conditions

If we consider you have breached these terms and condition or anyone's copyright or other legal rights, we may (in addition to our other rights) arrange for your access to our nzgreenpages.org® directory to be withheld.

Public Search engines or portals may access nzgreenpages.org® directory and carry out automated searches. We may prohibit access by any search engine or portal at any time if we consider that a particular search engine or portal to have breach the terms and conditions.

NZWWA and its partnering organisations are not the agents of any advertiser listed in our nzgreenpages.org® directory. We do not endorse advertisers or their products and services or brands or agencies and have no control over the quality, safety, suitability, legality, availability or price of any product or service advertised in the nzgreenpages.org®.

We are not involved, on behalf of either yourself or the advertiser, in any dealings resulting from your use of nzgreenpages.org®. You must communicate and deal with advertisers directly to complete transactions or resolve problems arising from them.

5. Guaranteed access of nzgreenpages.org®

We do NOT guarantee that access to nzgreenpages.org® or any other service we provide via the directory will be continuous or fault-free. We may modify our directory, or withhold, suspend or restrict any service provided via the directory, at any time without notice.

6. Exclusion of Liability
